Financial hardship
If you are experiencing temporary financial difficulty, you may be eligible for financial hardship support. There are a range of support options available depending on your circumstances, including:
- Delayed payment date
- Instalment payments
- Reduced lump sum amount
- Deducting excess sum from claim
- Waiving cancellation fees

We recognise everyone’s circumstances and you may require support for various services at different times.
